We are thrilled to be returning to Pasadena, the home of the Rose Bowl and New Year’s Day Rose Parade, for Stitches SoCal in November 2022. This marks our third event in Pasadena, following a two-year hiatus due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

Stitches SoCal will feature a dazzling Market full of inspiration for fiber artists of all kinds. We encourage the display of yarn, fiber, fabric, notions, and tools to tempt Makers and make their creative dreams come true. People are eager to touch yarns, fibers, and fabrics in person. You have what they’re looking for!

In addition to the Market, we offer top-knotch education with some of the best instructors in the industry, the Stitches Fashion Show, the Stitches Makers’ Showcase, and other fun ways for the community to connect.

Located just 10 miles from downtown Los Angeles, the Pasadena Convention Center is the premier meeting and events venue in the heart of Pasadena. The Civic Center district boasts a wide variety of restaurants all within walking distance of the Convention Center.

Stitches SoCal Covid-19 Policy

The health and safety of our attendees, vendors, teachers, staff and volunteers are our highest priority. Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or medical exemption and masking will be required to attend any classes or special events at the Pasadena, CA show. Proof of vaccination and masking are highly recommended but not required in the Stitches Market. This COVID policy is instated as of 5/24/2022 and will be updated based on any masking or vaccine requirement changes from city, state, or federal authorities.

How Do I Register to Exhibit?

1. Become a Stitches Exhibitor. Click the button below to complete the Stitches Exhibitor Registration Form and Stitches Exhibitor Agreement. Once your account has been registered you will be able to submit an event registration request. 

2. If you are already registered as a Stitches Exhibitor, log in using the button below. Select your options from the menu below and add them to your cart. You may click the “Learn More About…” below each item for specific details.

3. When you have made your selections, click on your shopping cart to review, add payment information, and submit your event registration request. You will be prompted to electronically sign an event-specific agreement at check out. Your credit card will not be charged until we accept your request. You will receive notification when your request is accepted. 

4. Closer to the event date, you will receive your booth assignment, additional event information, and be granted access to the Stitches SoCal Exhibitor Dashboard. The Stitches SoCal Exhibitor Dashboard is your one-stop spot for information about the event. There you’ll find information from the decorator, your list of required action items: deadlines, forms, and purchase options for various services. You will be notified by email when the Stitches SoCal Exhibitor Dashboard is available.

Stitches SoCal Booth Space

Market Floor Example

A 10-foot x 10-foot booth space will include an 8-foot black back drape and up to two 3-foot black side drapes, one 8-foot skirted table, two chairs, and a waste basket. Services such as electricity, internet, and additional fixtures are available separately through third parties at an additional charge. These prices will be listed in informational packets from Management and the Decorator closer to the event. Purchase maximum: 6 booths. The cost per booth is $1250.

Corner Booth

Booth upgrade: A corner booth space is placed at the end of a block of booths. It is open on 2 sides, allowing access to one aisle and a cross-aisle. *Purchase of four or more booths is eligible for a free corner upgrade. Please contact Nathania for details. Corner upgrade cost is $295.

Booth upgrade: An endcap is comprised of two contiguous booth spaces at the end of a block of booths. It is open on 3 sides, allowing access to two aisles and a cross-aisle. Endcap upgrade cost is $450.

Shared Booths

Stitches allows exhibitors to share booth spaces with prior approval by management. The following options are available:

  • Exhibitors purchase adjacent booth spaces. There is no additional charge for this type of sharing.
  • Exhibitors occupy the same booth space(s). Each exhibitor must:
    • Sign the event contract
    • Complete all necessary Stitches Events forms
    • Obtain liability insurance either through a private insurer or Stitches group insurance
    • Hold a valid seller’s permit per the rules of the State of California

  •  Market Highlight Ads – banner adds in the daily email bulletin, available to both students and Market attendees and contains recaps of the previous day, reminders of upcoming presentations, and other event news.
  • The Stitches Fashion Show – staged with professional models and styled by Knitter’s Magazine editor, Rick Mondragon, the Stitches Fashion Show is the perfect showcase for garments, quilts, or accessories.
  • Door Prizes – Door prizes are a great way to get your company name recognized and encourage shoppers to visit your booth. Prizes are given away during Market hours (Daily door prizes) and during our evening events (Fashion Show and Stitches Makers’ Showcase). Your company name and booth number are mentioned when your prizes are distributed.
