Stitches Events is pleased to announce our return to the Midwest with a new event, Stitches Boutique Minneapolis. Minneapolis is a hub of fiber arts and creativity. Join us for four days of fun, friends, and fiber!

The Stitches Market will be carefully curated to provide inspiration for fiber artists of all kinds. We welcome exhibitors with yarn, fiber, fabric, notions, and tools to tempt Makers and make their creative dreams come true. This intimate shopping experience features Midwest regional fiber arts businesses and select national companies.

In addition to the Market, we provide targeted marketing opportunities to extend your reach and help you connect with enthusiastic, knowledgeable customers.

In-person Stitches events offer top-notch education with some of the best instructors in the industry, the Stitches Fashion Show, the Stitches Makers’ Showcase, and other fun ways for the community to connect.

Located on the famed Nicollet Mall, the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis is the premier hotel meeting and events venue in downtown Minneapolis. The venue has lots of cozy seating areas and luxury amenities.  A variety of restaurants and retail shopping are steps away on the Mall.

Booth Information

Each 10′ x 10′ booth space comes with one 8-foot back drape and two 3-foot side drapes, a table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Additional information about fixtures will be available closer to the event.

A limited number of corner and endcap upgrades are available.

Booth limit: 2 per exhibitor.

Select Sponsors may purchase up to 3 booth spaces. Premium Sponsors may purchase up to 4 booth spaces.

Early Bird price through September 21, 2022: $795 per booth

Regular Price: $895 per booth

Transportation

The Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) is served by all major airlines. It is located 12 miles from the hotel. Lightrail from MSP to Nicollet Mall is 8 blocks from the hotel, where a free shuttle bus is available.

How Do I Register to Exhibit?

1. If you’re not yet a Stitches Exhibitor, click the button below to complete the Stitches Exhibitor Registration Form and Stitches Exhibitor Agreement. Once your account has been registered you will be able to submit an event registration request. 

If you are already registered as a Stitches Exhibitor or upon registering for an exhibitor account, log in, then select your options from the menu below and add them to your cart. You can click the “Learn More About…” below each item for specific details.

2. Submission of an event registration request is not a guarantee of acceptance. Your order is accepted when you have received the countersigned event contract by email and your order is marked “processing.” Stitches Events reserves the right to accept exhibitors at its sole discretion. Closer to the event date, registered exhibitors will receive booth assignments, additional event information, and be granted access to the Stitches Boutique Exhibitor Event Portal. This portal is the one-stop spot for information about the event. There registered exhibitors find information from the decorator, the list of required action items: deadlines, forms, and purchase options for various services. Exhibitors will be notified by email when the Stitches Boutique Exhibitor Event Portal is available.

Market Floor Example

A 10-foot x 10-foot booth space will include an 8-foot back drape and up to two 3-foot side drapes, a table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Services such as electricity, internet, and additional fixtures are available separately through third parties at an additional charge. These prices will be listed in informational packets from Management and the Decorator closer to the event. Maximum number of booths is 2 per company. Purchase by September 27, 2022 for the Early Bird Price of $795 per booth. The regular price per booth is $895.

Corner Booth

Booth upgrade: A corner booth space is placed at the end of a block of booths. It is open on 2 sides, allowing access to one aisle and a cross-aisle.  There are a limited number of corner booths at this venue. This upgrade is predicated on the purchase of one or more booths. Corner upgrade cost is $295.

Endcap

Booth upgrade: An endcap is comprised of two contiguous booth spaces at the end of a block of booths. It is open on 3 sides, allowing access to two aisles and a cross-aisle. A limited number of endcaps are available at this venue. Encaps may face the back of the hall. This upgrade is predicated on the purchase of two or more booths. Endcap upgrade cost is $450.

Shared Booths

Stitches allows exhibitors to share booth spaces with prior approval by management. The following options are available:

  • Exhibitors purchase adjacent booth spaces. There is no additional charge for this type of sharing.
  • Exhibitors occupy the same booth space(s). There is a $150 fee for a shared booth space. For this event, booth shares are limited to two exhibitors per contracted space. Each exhibitor must:
    • Sign the event contract
    • Complete all necessary Stitches Events forms
    • Obtain liability insurance either through a private insurer or Stitches group insurance
    • Hold a valid seller’s permit per the rules of the State of Minnesota
